Laura Cook

Head of Healthwatch Sheffield

Laura has a background in psychology and social research. Her role in Healthwatch Sheffield involves managing the reviews that come in to the rate and review website and identifying trends and specific issues to work on. She is also coordinating our ‘Testbeds’ work, part of a national programme exploring how new technologies can support those with long term conditions. We lead the patient engagement part of the Perfect Patient Pathway test bed. Laura usually works Monday to Thursday.

Holly Robson

Healthwatch Sheffield Operations Manager

Holly joined the team after working in information and signposting services. She has also worked as a volunteer for charities in the health and social care sector, and is passionate about the importance of active and engaged local communities. As our Administrator, she supports the wider team in engagement work and gathering feedback.

Winnie Lutakome

Community Outreach Lead

Winnie works alongside voluntary sector organisations and statutory services to involve people and communities in shaping and improving health and social care services in Sheffield. Winnie is passionate about this work because she has a proactive interest and strong motivation to help, empower, and support people in making their voices heard, particularly those from the most vulnerable groups in our communities.

Winne has been involved in the voluntary sector for over 10 years, previously working as the Participation Coordinator for the New Beginnings Project at Voluntary Action Sheffield. Alongside that, Winne has also volunteered with a range of community organisations, including supporting older people in the community, working with individuals with learning disabilities, volunteering as a youth worker, being a school governor, and  member of a Parish Council.

Harry Frost

Community Outreach Lead

Harry first started working for Healthwatch Sheffield as a volunteer in 2024, supporting with general administration and project research. After a brief stint as a member of the Strategic Advisory Group, Harry stepped down to start his new role as Community Outreach Lead in early 2026. With a background in healthcare regulation, Harry is interested in systems of health and empowering individuals to become effective agents in the services they use.
A keen linguist, he enjoys his role for meeting with diverse peoples and learning new phrases in different languages.

Anna Harman

Information & Advice Officer

Anna has been an Information and Advice Officer with the Healthwatch Sheffield team since 2022. She brings over 20 years of experience, providing information and advice to people across a range of different roles. In her current position, she is the first point of contact for our enquiries, offering information and signposting individuals to the most appropriate services.
