6th February 2018
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) are reviewing health and social care for older people in Sheffield. As a key part of the review inspectors are keen to hear views and experiences from the voluntary, community and faith sector about how health and social care works for older people. That might be:
- Supporting people so they can stay at home;
- Responding when people are in crisis or their needs change;
- Helping people to leave hospital safely and well;
- Helping people to regain independence after a hospital admission.
This is an opportunity to feed in your views and experiences directly. You can respond to the call for evidence to describe your experiences of the quality of care for local people here 20180202 Stakeholder call for evidence_Sheffield. The deadline for this is 23 February.
You can also feedback on relationships within the system by completing the online tool by 5pm Tuesday 20th February. The relationship feedback tool takes about 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will remain anonymous and you will not be identifiable in the findings.
