Trustees and governance
In the third sector, the management committees of voluntary bodies, charity trustees, and the directors of not-for-profit companies have ultimate legal responsibility for the governance of their organisations.
Governance is not a role for trustees alone. More, it is how trustees work with paid staff (if any), volunteers, service users, members and other stakeholders to ensure their organisation is properly run and fulfils its objectives effectively. VAS can help you with all aspects of good governance and running an organisation effectively.
