Understanding Full Cost Recovery
The course dates are 6 and 13 October 2010. Both sessions must be attended.
A two-session course will look at the reasons for, and principles behind, full cost recovery, with fully worked examples.
The course will help you to:
- Apportion costs
- Understand the principles of full cost recovery
- Work out full cost recovery rates for each of your services
This course requires a knowledge of Microsoft Excel. If you are new to Excel, please book onto the course Introduction to Microsoft Excel Book-keeping.
This course will be repeated on 11 and 18 January and also on 16 and 23 June 2011.
Suitable for: people who are responsible for setting budgets or who manage or price projects or services.
