Our 2016/17 training offer has a new look and we are really excited to present a refocused set of learning and development opportunities. You'll find our full training course details in the sub categories to the left of this page. If you'd like to search on dates, you can do this in the course listings box a little further down this page. You'll also find at the bottom of this page all our learning and development programme documents, this includes a handy hyperlinked document which takes you direct to the full course outline of each course.

We are committed to developing and supporting a sector that is confident, capable and sustainable. Organisations face many challenges, and we understand that your organisation needs to evolve and develop to confront those hurdles. Our learning and development programme has been designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills to move forward, and support the communities and people you work with. Our courses are voluntary sector focussed and they are delivered by knowledgeable and qualified trainers, all of whom have extenisive experience of our sector. Learners benefit from a supportive atmosphere and sharing experiences with other participants.

What do our customers say?

"Your course exceeded my expectations in so many ways, I learnt a lot about the subject and also dispelled a few myths. I was inspired and motivated by my long-term career interest and it gave me a chance to network and meet other people in a similar vocational field. The trainer was very knowledgeable, experienced and adaptable to the group." - Sarah
