Payroll Service
VAS's payroll team provides a Payroll Service designed to meet the needs of voluntary & community groups. The service also provides practical support, information and advice on any aspect of PAYE and other payroll related issues.
We offer:
- Monthly payslips and a payment summary detailing all payments and deductions, including payments due to the Inland Revenue
- At year-end, completed P14/60s for all employees, figures for employers, annual returns (P35) and advice on how to complete the form or electronic submission (E-Filing) of these to the Inland Revenue
- Advice and support on all aspects of PAYE including registration with the Inland Revenue
- Information and advice on any issues relating to employing/paying staff.
The service is fully computerised and run by two members of staff who can draw on a large pool of personal knowledge and reference material. We charge very competitive rates to groups using the service and for advice and help to non-users of the Payroll Service.
Who can use the service?
Any voluntary & community group can use the full Payroll Service, or simply use the service for help and advice on issues related to paying staff.
