VAS's ICT team offer a number of support services to organisations, offering advice, ongoing support and specialist service.

Managed Email Service

VAS offers a managed email service looking after your mailboxes, providing a professional, secure and fully supported Outlook package. Through Outlook Web Access you can access your emails anywhere with an internet connection. Anti virus and anti spam protection is included in your package. Managed Network Service

VAS will manage and maintain your network, including data storage and backup, software, users, permissions, security, licensing on remote service, backup and data recovery, see the attached for full details.

*Backup
Data is backed up daily, weekly and monthly, therefore should you inadvertently delete a file, you have numerous options for restoring it.
*Managed email service
This is normally sold as a separate package, but is included here
*Data security and Backup
Your data will be completely secure and stored in a separate managed area.
*Disaster Recovery Planning
You can be confident in the knowledge that your network is secure and in the event of a disaster your data is protected.
*Technical support
Support is provided by the Circle IT team, who pride themselves on providing a friendly and accessible service, and costs for support included in the annual costs.

Existing customers: As well as the provision of IT services for the building, the Circle IT team currently provide managed services for Roundabout and Skills-Third Sector.

IT Suite

Do you need a fully equipped IT suite for staff training, assessments or interview testing? Need training on your own specific software systems?

The Circle has a fully equipped IT Suite available for hire with 12 workstations, for half or full day bookings. The Suite contains Windows XP PC's with access to the internet. For further details and costs, visit, www.thecirclesheffield.org.uk/it_suite

ICT Training

We offer training courses on a full range of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Access and more specialist packages such as Microsoft Project. This is run as part of our Training Programme.

We also offer tailored training courses. For more details or to discuss with a member of the team, call 253 6691.
