Sheffield Compact

A consultation recently took place on the new Sheffield Compact - a written agreement between Sheffield City Council, the NHS in Sheffield and the third sector in Sheffield. It is a far reaching agreement outlining the shared values of the signatories and encouraging a positive working relationship between the sectors.

The new Sheffield Compact will replace the two separate previous compacts between Sheffield City Council and the third sector and between the NHS in Sheffield and the third sector, and draws on the strengths of both the recent revisions of the national Compact. The Compact is a wide-reaching document with implications beyond the signatories.
