Help Sheffield Carers 'Hit 500!'

Help them ‘Hit 500!’

Sheffield Young Carers support children and young people aged 8-25 who live in Sheffield and provide care for one or more family members who have disabilities, long-term physical illnesses, mental health difficulties and/or a problem with drugs or alcohol.
Every year Sheffield Young Carers provides at least 200 young carers with the practical and emotional support they need. But with an estimated 7,300 young carers in Sheffield, there is much more work to do.

Sheffield Young Carers have set themselves the target of 500 new subscribers to their newsletter by October the 1st to help build a young carer-friendly community. To show your support it really couldn’t be easier - simply visit their website to sign up online. Once you’ve joined their community, you’ll be sent updates on exciting activities and events. In return you’ll be sending young carers in Sheffield the clear message that their community really cares.

Become part of a young carer-friendly community by signing up to Sheffield Young Carers' e-newsletter here and help them hit 500!
