Managing staff

If your organisation employs staff, or is considering employing a worker, you need to be fully aware of the responsibilities and requirements of an employer. 

As an employer you need to be able to balance the needs of both the employer and employees, adhere to employment law and make sure there are the necessary policies, and procedures in place and  manage and support staff to be a skilled, effective and motivated workforce.
